UK supports Azerbaijani government's direct appeal to Karabakh Armenians

UK welcomes the direct appeal of the Azerbaijani government to the Karabakh Armenians, Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld told BBC Azerbaijan, Report informs.

He said that one of the main issues in the bilateral discussions is related to the rights and security of the Armenian community in Karabakh:

"Other countries have helpful models for ensuring these rights and safety. We see that these issues are being discussed both between Baku and Yerevan and Baku and the Armenian community in Karabakh."
