Azerbaijan showcases literary heritage at Tbilisi International Book Festival

For the first time, Azerbaijan is participating with a national stand at the 27th Tbilisi International Book Festival, according to Report.

The Azerbaijani delegation, led by representatives from the Ministry of Culture and the National Library, is highlighting the country’s literary tradition and contemporary publishing industry.

As part of the festival’s programming, a panel discussion titled “Book Culture in Azerbaijan” was held. The Azerbaijani stand is also hosting author meet-and-greets, book presentations, and literary discussions throughout the week.

The Tbilisi International Book Festival, which began in 1998, runs through June 2. Its mission is to promote a culture of reading, support the growth of the publishing sector, and foster greater cultural exchange across the South Caucasus.
