Azerbaijan sees 40% increase insurance payments for road accidents caused by vehicles with foreign registration

Insurance payments of 59,000 manats ($34,705) were made for 29 cases (+38.1%) in Azerbaijan in January-June of this year, up 40.5% year-on-year, Report informs, citing the Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB).
"During the comparable period, a 40% increase is observed in the insurance payments made for traffic accidents caused by foreign vehicles in our country," CIB said.
