Hikmat Hajiyev, assistant to the president of Azerbaijan and head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, has shared photos of President Ilham Aliyev with little Nilay, who lost her parents in the missile attack on Ganja, Report informs.

"President Ilham Aliyev gently holds little Nilay's hand-the girl who lost her parents and loved ones in the missile attack on Ganja by Armenian armed forces in 2020 during 44 Days of War-is indeed "talking photos" where the image itself tells the whole tragic story without words," Hajiyev wrote on X.
