Bureau: Growing interest of tourists in Azerbaijan connected with diversity of tourism products

The growing attractiveness of Azerbaijan for foreign tourists is due to the fact that the country offers a variety of types of recreation in a single package, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau Javanshir Bayramov told journalists, Report informs.

He noted that Azerbaijan has opportunities for cultural, health, business and adventure tourism. He added that the tourism industry is preparing for the growing interest from Chinese travelers.

According to him, in this regard, hotels and travel companies employ employees who speak Chinese, and interpreters are provided at events.

"Chinese tourists value stability and security in the country. Another important aspect is related to the active advertising campaign carried out in their homeland. We work in both B2B and B2C areas - we participate in exhibitions, organize roadshows, invite industry representatives to Azerbaijan so that they can get acquainted with our tourism products. In addition, we cooperate with the largest online platforms, tour operators and social networks in China," Bayramov noted.
