New chief of Turkish Armed Forces General Staff to visit Azerbaijan

The new appointments in the leadership of the Turkish Armed Forces earlier this August will give a fresh impetus to the development of our military cooperation, Azerbaijan"s First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff, Karim Valiyev, said at a reception in Baku on August 30, Türkiye's Victory Day.

According to Report, he noted that the upcoming visit to Azerbaijan by the new Chief of the Turkish Armed Forces General Staff, Army General Seljuk Bayraktaroglu, will further strengthen the ties between the armies of the two countries.
