Azerbaijan resettles and employs 5,420 citizens in liberated territories

Azerbaijan has successfully resettled and employed 5,420 citizens in the liberated territories, according to the Karabakh Bureau of Report.
The figures were disclosed during a media tour of small-scale farming enterprises in the Lachin district, established as part of the national self-employment program. The tour was organized by the State Employment Agency of Azerbaijan.
Officials briefed journalists on a range of employment initiatives aimed at reintegrating returnees into economic life. Of the total number resettled, 422 individuals have launched small farms with government support. Additionally, 249 returnees have completed vocational training tailored to meet current labor market demands.
The agency also reported that efforts are underway to employ another 621 internally displaced persons who have returned to their native regions.
