CMB Chairman: Religious relations in Azerbaijan are exemplary for other Muslim countries

Riots are occurring among Muslims in some parts of the world, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board (CMB) Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazada told journalists, Report informs.

Sheikh ul-Islam Pashazada stated that there is no conflict between religions and denominations in Azerbaijan.

"At the conference held by the World Council of Muslim Elders, a decision was made regarding the proper establishment of intra-Islamic relations. The decision indicated that Azerbaijan's experience in this field should be taken as an example.

We will soon publish the declaration adopted at that conference. The conference of the Muslim Elders Council will be held in Azerbaijan next year. Thanks to the policy pursued by the head of state, there is no religious animosity in Azerbaijan," he noted.
