IDF reports violation of ceasefire by Iran

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that Iran launched rockets into Israeli territory, violating the ceasefire.

“A short while ago, sirens sounded in northern Israel following the identification of missiles launched from Iran toward the State of Israel,” the army's press service said on social media, according to Report.

The Israeli Air Force is conducting interception operations and intends to strike where necessary to eliminate the threat.

“The defense is not hermetic, therefore, it is essential to continue following the instructions of the Home Front Command,” the message added.

Israeli media reported that alarms sounded in the areas of Haifa, Upper Galilee, Western Galilee, and the Golan Heights. It was noted that this was a single rocket launch from Iran targeting northern Israel.
