Nutritionist reveals side effects of garlic

Although it is good for the human body, garlic can cause severe damage to health if overeaten, nutritionist Inna Zaikina said in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda.
According to Report, the expert noted that people with stomach ulcers, pancreatitis, and gallstones should not take a lot of garlic.
It is because garlic stimulates the secretion of gastric juice and bile, which can aggravate the disease's symptoms.
