It is terrible to watch the circulating video about the violence against the Azerbaijani soldier, said UK Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld, Report informs.
"Such treatment is unacceptable according to International Humanitarian Law. In order to achieve sustainable peace in the region, such cases must be condemned," he tweeted.
