Azerbaijani Parliament Speaker to visit Iran

Baku. 19 December. REPORT.AZ/ Parliament Speaker of Azerbaijan Oqtay Asadov is to visit Iran.

Informed sources told Report that the visit will take place on December 25 at the invitation of the Iranian side.

It is noted that Asadov will hold a number of meetings including with Iranian parliament chairman Ali Larijani, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, representative of the Iranian Supreme Commander, counter-admiral Ali Shamkhani.

During the meeting the sides will discuss development prospects of bilateral cooperation, as well as security issues.
