Parviz Shahbazov: 609,000 tons of Kazakh oil transported via BTC

By the end of this year, the volume of Kazakh oil transported through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline (BTC) will reach 1.1 million tons, Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said at the 1st Energy Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), which was held as part of the Kazakhstan Energy Week-2023/XV Eurasian Forum KAZENERGY event, Report informs.
"Approximately 609,000 tons of Kazakh oil were transported via the BTC system in April-September. Of these, 493,000 tons were sent to the world market from Ceyhan port," the minister added.
