MEDIA, China's Xinhua News Agency sign Memorandum of Understanding

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Media Development Agency of Azerbaijan (MEDIA) and the Xinhua News Agency of China, Report informs referring to MEDIA.

The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding is to strengthen, encourage and develop cooperation in the field of media between the two countries based on the principle of mutual benefit.

The document provides for the exchange of information and experience, joint activities on projects of common interest, as well as the organization of meetings, seminars, workshops, trainings, conferences and other similar events, support for visits of officials responsible for the media and relevant experts.
