Nine families initially resettle in Seyidbayli village

In the initial phase, nine families - totaling 31 people - have resettled in Seyidbayli village of the Khojaly district.
Report"s correspondent was informed by Afat Telmangizi, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service for the city of Khankendi, as well as the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, during a media tour in Khojaly, that construction work in the village is progressing rapidly:
"Ten out of 140 houses in the village have already been restored. By the end of this year, 44 homes will be ready for occupancy, and another 64 will be completed in 2026. All necessary infrastructure projects to ensure residents" living conditions are being implemented. Internal roads have been asphalted, the drinking water network reconstructed, and the reservoir and sub-artesian well restored.
In addition, the existing power line has been restored, installation of electricity meters has begun, and two transformers have been installed. For gas supply, main pipelines have been laid, and the existing 5.7 km gas line has been restored. To date, nine families - 31 people - have resettled in the village."
It is noteworthy that President Ilham Aliyev visited Seyidbayli village of the Khojaly district on September 15.
