Azerbaijani President approves Fourth Additional Protocol to European Convention on Extradition

President Ilham Aliyev approved the law on approval of the Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition, Report informs.
The Additional Protocol serves the purpose of modernizing and completing a number of provisions of the European Convention on Extradition adopted in 1957.
Azerbaijan will not apply the provisions of the Convention in relation to Armenia until the consequences of the conflict are completely eliminated, and relations with Armenia are normalized.
