Number of tourists visited Shusha announced

More than 1,000 tourists have visited and stayed overnight in the city of Shusha this year, Elgun Javadov, head of the regional tourism management sector of the Cultural Heritage and Regional Tourism Department of the State Tourism Agency, said at the scientific-practical conference on "Restoration and development of tourism in territories liberated from occupation" held in Aghdam, Report informs.

"The number of tourists visiting Shusha is expected to grow in the future. After the tourism infrastructure in the city and surrounding areas is fully ready, opportunities for local tourists will be increased," he added.
