Ushakov: Putin, Xi Jinping mull Ukraine face-to-face

The leaders of the Russian Federation and China, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, have held an informal meeting, presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said, Report informs referring to Russian media.
He noted that the heads of Russia and China discussed the topic of Ukraine in great detail in a tete-a-tete format.
The meeting took place on May 16 at the Zhongnanhai government residence in Beijing behind closed doors. In total, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping spent about 12 hours together in different formats throughout the day.
