US State Department official visits Georgia

US State Department spokesman, Acting Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Reeker has arrived in Georgia.
According to Report's local bureau, he will hold official meetings today as part of the visit.
Reeker will meet with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze. He is also scheduled to meet with representatives of civil society, media, and opposition parties.
The US State Department official will travel to Azerbaijan and Armenia after Georgia.
