Türkiye, UK ink security, defense partnership agreement

Türkiye and the UK have signed a security and defense partnership agreement, Report informs referring to the TRT Haber.
The document was signed during a meeting between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Ankara.
The agreement provides for strengthening bilateral cooperation, expanding political and military consultations, and collaboration in the areas of deterrence and defense, military cooperation, defense industry and technology, cybersecurity, countering hybrid threats and terrorism, as well as resilience, civil preparedness, and space activities.
