Russian and Ukrainian delegations resume talks

Discussions on the fourth round of Ukrainian-Russian talks have resumed, said Davyd Arakhamia, leader of the ruling Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Report informs, citing Strana.
According to him, the talks are being held through video conferencing.
