Armenian Health Minister Arsen Torosyan has resigned, Report states, citing Baghramyan 26 telegram channel.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has not yet signed the petition.
Notably, several Armenian officials resigned following Armenia's loss in the second Karabakh War.
