Official Kyiv opposes any negotiations with Russia

Negotiations with Moscow are out of the question, said the adviser of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podolyak, Report informs, citing UNIAN.
Podolyak is sure that the European Union will continue to help Ukraine: "A great transformation has already taken place in the behavior of some leaders and their attitude towards Ukraine."
