Moscow says talks with Ukraine were constructive

Russia's representative in the talks in Istanbul, Vladimir Medinsky, called the talks between Russia and Ukraine constructive, according to Report.
Ukraine's proposals will be forwarded to Russian President Vladimir Putin, he said.
"The meeting between Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is possible at the same time as the initial signing of the agreement between Russia and Ukraine at the level of the Foreign Ministry," Medinsky said.
