MoD: "Turkey backs Azerbaijan in demining liberated territories"

“Azerbaijan has liberated its own lands from Armenia’s 30-year-long occupation during the 44-day operation "One Homeland". Throughout this period, Turkey also stood by Azerbaijani brothers in their just struggle,” this was voiced at a weekly briefing of the Turkish Ministry of National Defense today, Report informs.
"In conformity with the cease-fire agreement, personnel of the Turkish Armed Forces and the Russian military are working together at the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center, set up in the Agdam District, to monitor the sustainability and stability of the ceasefire. At present, the Turkish Armed Forces continue to support Azerbaijan in the search and clearing of landmines in the liberated territories," the briefing heard.
