Kazakh FM says 'impossible' for CSTO to enter Luhansk and Donetsk "people's republics"

The Charter of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) does not allow the organization's military or peacekeeping forces to enter the Luhansk People's Republic and the Donetsk People's Republic, said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi, Report informs.
According to him, this is practically impossible: "The deployment of CSTO peacekeepers must have a UN Security Council resolution and an appropriate mandate."
