Iran's Embassy in Türkiye firmly rejects the unfounded and politically motivated allegations contained in the final declaration of the NATO leaders' summit in Ankara, regarding its peaceful nuclear program and freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
According to Report, citing IRIB, the embassy emphasized that Iran's nuclear program is entirely peaceful.
It was noted that as a member of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), Iran has no intention of acquiring nuclear weapons.
"The US and Israel have resorted to military interventions, targeting diplomacy, and NATO, by supporting such actions, has no right to speak about peace and security in the region," reads the statement.
