Georgia's COVID death toll nears 15,000

Over the past day, 17,265 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia.

The country has reported 5,947 COVID recoveries and 34 deaths, Report's Georgian Service informs with reference to the Georgian Government.

Georgia has recorded a total of 1,162,773 cases of coronavirus infection since the pandemic began. To date, 1,001,275 of them have recovered, while 14,945 have died.
