Georgia records over 3,600 COVID cases per day

Over the past day, 3,670 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia.

The country has reported 2,626 COVID recoveries and 38 deaths, Report's Georgian Service informs with reference to the Georgian Government.

Georgia has recorded a total of 436,573 cases of coronavirus infection since the pandemic began. To date, 393,453 of them have recovered, while 5,986 have died.

As of August 5, there are 37,108 active COVID cases in the country.
