Armenian PM: Construction of border bridge with Iran remains on agenda

The construction of a new border bridge between Armenia and Iran remains on the agenda and it will be built, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during a briefing, Report informs via local media outlets.
"We have relevant agreements and projects aimed at deepening our partnership with Iran. In addition, as a result of opening regional communications, we will gain railway access to Iran. This will be a very important logistics route and will significantly increase the transport capabilities of Armenia, Iran, as well as Azerbaijan. Because the railway will pass through all these countries," Pashinyan noted.
