Azerbaijan reduces oil exports to Tunisia by 27%

In January-August 2025, Azerbaijan exported 186,998 tons of crude oil worth $102.3 million to Tunisia, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.

Compared to the same period in 2024, the volume of crude oil exported to Tunisia decreased by 27.1%, while the value dropped by 37.6%.

Crude oil exports to Tunisia accounted for 1.17% of Azerbaijan's total crude oil exports during the reporting period.

In total, Azerbaijan exported 15,924,752 tons of crude oil and petroleum products derived from bituminous minerals in the first eight months of the year, worth $8.4 billion.

Azerbaijan's overall foreign trade turnover reached $32.12 billion in January–August 2025, with exports accounting for $17.07 billion and imports for $15.05 billion.
