Armenia sees over 1,100 COVID cases per day

Armenia confirmed 1,151 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the nationwide tally to 272,356, Report informs, citing the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health.

The death toll has reached 5,549 as 20 more succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

To date, 248,267 people have been recovered from the disease. Currently, there are 17,313 active cases in the country.
