Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russian military losses in March reached their highest level since the start of the war, exceeding 35,000 personnel.
According to Report, Zelenskyy posted the figures on social media platform X.
"Just from the strikes carried out by our drones, 33,988 Russian servicemen were killed or seriously injured, and artillery and other strikes destroyed another 1,363. This means more than 35,000 Russian losses in a single month - and these are confirmed figures," he wrote.
Zelenskyy added that he had coordinated a series of tasks with ministers for the coming weeks, including measures to strengthen Ukrainian infantry, improve the army contract system, and prevent unauthorized desertion.
