Zelensky says ready for talks with Putin

During the phone conversation with US President Joseph Biden, the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he is ready for direct talks with the Russian President Vladimir Putin, head of the Ukrainian president's office Andrei Sibiga said, Report informs.
"Ukrainian side is ready for these talks, has a relevant position, and we hope that such talks will take place with the support of our partners," he said.
Earlier, Zelensky repeatedly expressed readiness to hold a personal meeting with Putin and discuss the settlement of the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
