US Northrop Grumman gets B-2 aircraft contract with $7B ceiling

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has received a contract with a ceiling of $7 billion to modernize and sustain US Air Force B-2 aircraft, Report informs referring to the Morning Star.
The contract provides for enhancements, sustainment and logistics elements for the aircraft, the Pentagon said.
Work will be performed at Palmdale, Calif., along with performance at other locations, including Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri and Oklahoma's Tinker Air Force Base.
Work is expected to be completed by May 3, 2029, the Pentagon said.
