Azerbaijani MP: 2021 will be "Year of Karabakh"

"We consider the 2021 budget as the Karabakh budget. Because 2021 will be the 'Year of Karabakh,'" MP Sabir Rustamkhanli said at today's parliamentary session.
According to him, special attention should be paid to the social protection of the population in the new year.
