Ali Asadov: Fighting inflation is Azerbaijan's priority

The anti-inflation policy is currently one of the important activities of the Azerbaijani government, Prime Minister Ali Asadov said at today's plenary session of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
"According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), food prices rose by 23% last year. Food prices have also been increased in Azerbaijan too. In 2021, 60% of total inflation fell to the share of food inflation," he said.
