US European Command deputy director arrives in Azerbaijan

US Air Force Brigadier General Edward Vaughan, deputy director of plans, policy, strategy and capabilities at the United States European Command has arrived in Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the US Embassy in Azerbaijan.
During the visit, the brigadier general will meet with representatives of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Border Service and the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action.
Vaughan will discuss issues of US-Azerbaijani partnership and regional security.
