Ombudsman: Azerbaijan still suffers from military provocations

"Azerbaijan still suffers from the military provocations," Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva said.
Report quotes her as saying that Armenia's refusal to withdraw its illegal military units from the Azerbaijani territories and the provocations committed by their saboteurs pose a great threat to the restoration of peace in the region.
