Kamran Aliyev: 90 civilians fall victims to Armenian terror

"Never before in history, the perpetrators of such crimes could not escape responsibility. Sooner or later, they were prosecuted and answered before an international tribunal," Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev said at the scene in Barda.
According to Report, 90 civilians have been victims of Armenian terror since September 27.
