Armenian armed forces fired again at the Azerbaijan Army positions on the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border using mortars and small arms, Report says, citing the Defense Ministry,
On November 4, from 01:08 to 08:10, our military units located in the Tovuz and Aghstafa regions of Azerbaijan were periodically fired by the enemy from the Berd region of Armenia.
