"Armenia's state level policy of terror continues," Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev said on his Twitter account.
He noted that Armenia's impunity encourages it for further war crimes: "Misusing humanitarian truce, Armenia fired indiscriminately on the densely populated residential part of Ganja. Armenia must be stopped."
Hajiyev also added that at least seven civilians, including women, have been killed so far. Thirty-three civilians, including children, were seriously injured.
