Turkish Defense Ministry: Armenia continues to commit war crimes

"Armenia, which has made insidious plans, continues to target the Goranboy, Tartar, Aghdam, and Fizuli regions of Azerbaijan, where the civilian population lives."
Turkish Defense Ministry wrote on the Twitter page, Report says.
"Armenia, which is trying to move the war to civilian areas outside Karabakh, continues to commit war and humanitarian crimes!"
