"Azerbaijan is waging a patriotic war; we have martyrs and wounded. I offer my condolences to the people of Azerbaijan and the martyrs' families, and I pray to God to heal the injured," said Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO).
