Baku-Batumi flights resumed

Buta Airways has resumed direct flights on the Baku-Batumi route from June 3, Report informs.
The first flight from Baku to the capital of Adjara was carried out after the restrictions on the pandemic have been lifted.
About 100 passengers travelled to Batumi on the first flight.
According to the Adjara Tourism Department, Buta Airways will operate flights twice a week until the end of June and three times a week from July.
At Batumi International Airport, passengers were welcomed by the head of the department and Consul General of Azerbaijan in Batumi Parviz Ismayilzade.
