ADY to host WUF13 sessions on railways and urban growth

An info session titled "The Role of Azerbaijan Railways in Urban Development and Urbanization" will be held in Baku on May 17 as part of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), Report informs, citing Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY).
The event will focus on the contribution of railway infrastructure to sustainable urban growth and modernization.
In addition, digital presentations dedicated to the role of railways in urbanization will be displayed at the AZCON Holding stand (D15) during the forum.
Another information session titled "Transformation of Cities Through Railways" is scheduled to take place on May 19.
ADY noted that it will operate under an enhanced and coordinated working regime with all relevant institutions during WUF13, which is being held in Baku from May 17 to 22.
