First phase of Azerbaijan's Single Window system successfully completed

All 154 functional and technical tasks of the first phase of the "Single Window" system project have been successfully completed, according to Natig Shirinov, the deputy chairman of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, Report informs.

Shirinov shared the update during the presentation of the "Single Window" information system, noting that work on the project officially commenced on December 1, 2024.

He explained that as part of this initial phase, the system's API architecture was established, security mechanisms were created, VPN connections were organized, and service interfaces for commodity nomenclature and other classification data were prepared.

Furthermore, features for generating electronic customs declarations, exchanging documents, as well as notification, authentication, and other essential mechanisms were successfully implemented.

Shirinov highlighted that on May 4, the first export customs declaration was successfully accepted through the system, processed automatically, and approved, marking the official launch of the platform's practical application.
