Meeting of OTS Heads of Government kicks off in Bishkek

The meeting of heads of government from member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has commenced in Bishkek, Report informs, citing the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers.

Prior to the meeting, Chairman of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev welcomed the heads of delegations. A group photo session followed.

Participants include Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov, Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, Kyrgyz Cabinet Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev, Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz, Uzbek Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov, and OTS Secretary-General Kubanychbek Omuraliev.

The session will focus on key areas of cooperation within the OTS framework, including economy, trade, investment, transport, digitalization, energy, agriculture, and other sectors. The implementation of previously adopted decisions and the improvement of the organization's operational mechanisms will also be reviewed.
