ICRC visits detained Armenian separatists in Baku

The employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) again visited the Armenians detained in Baku at the end of January and the beginning of February, Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the ICRC's representative office in Azerbaijan, told Report.
She said that one-on-one meetings were held with the detained persons, and conditions were created for their contact with their families.
