According to the minister, the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan contributes to strengthening stability in the region: "We respect Azerbaijan and Armenia as NATO partners. The success both countries have achieved on the path to peace is already evident. A few days ago, I attended a dinner hosted by the US Secretary of State, where representatives of both countries were in the same room, along with representatives of NATO and the European Union. I believe this is an indicator of the development of our bilateral relations, and we must continue in this direction."
The foreign minister added that work must be carried out based on the agreements reached: "The agreement between the two countries serves the cause of peace, and this is very important. Now is the time to ensure the implementation of all the agreements reached. This includes establishing transport links through corridors and opening the border with Türkiye. All of this must be done in stages, and then the region will become more prosperous for everyone. Azerbaijan must move in this direction."
